The fourth day of the second Ashes Test started with some tight bowling by England who already had the Aussies four down on day three after being skittled out for 227 in their first innings.
With Steve Smith & Co. leading by 268 runs and six wickets in hand, Stuart Broad and James Anderson started from where they left the previous evening.
The Poms resorted towards short bowling and immediately got the reward as Nathan Lyon lobbed one into the hands of mid-off to give England an early breakthrough. However, before getting out, Lyon was struck on the helmet by a nasty bouncer bowled by Broad.
The ball hit Lyon on the side of his helmet grill and the flaps came out as well. Broad and other England players, immediately rushed towards the batsman to check if he was okay. The Aussie physio also came out running to check the batsman, who seemed fine.
